Three year aged Jeopjang (which is famous in Jeolado) and
beef bone, are stewed for ten hours to make a special gravy.
Then we make "Mannani" by adding minced beef and
mixing the entire contents with boiled rice.
Finally, more than 30 of side dishes such as minced raw beef,
mushrooms, spinach, zuccini, carrot, bean sprouts, cooked
roots of balloonflowers, fernbrake parsley, long slices of
cucumber, potato bud, sweet potato bud, lettuce, crowndaisy,
long slices of radish, laver, green-lentil jelly, ginko nuts,
pine nuts, chestnut, sesame oil, long slices of red pepper,
cottonseed oil, green bean sprouts, long slices of cabbage
and egg are added on top of the boiled rice.
This very special menu is the original Jeonju Bibimbab. We also
use a stone for bowl (Jangsu Gopdoll) that keeps the food warm.
Therefore, you can enjoy delicious Bibimbab which stays warm
until you finish the meal. Moreover, hot Gobdol kills the
harmful bacteria and for better flavor, the dish is garnished
with minced raw beef.
