Therefore, you can enjoy the real flavor of the vegetables, Yang (tripes) and Gopchang (small intestines of cattle) in this delicious gravy.
Moreover, the particular seasoned paste mixed with onion juice adds to the flavor.
This menu is known as Naejang Jeongol.
The Yang and Gopchang should be boiled before cooking.
This is the only way to enjoy the real flavor this dish. Sometimes minced beef, noodles and ddeok (long rice cake) substitute for Satae (tripes and small intestines of cattle).
